Following is a list of gourmet breakfast entrees often served during the week. If you have a special desire let us know and we'll do our best to accomodate you. Cathy will select an entree to serve each morning based on occupancy and known desires.

- Egg dipped challah bread stuffed with a layer of cream cheese and raspberries baked to a golden brown and served with hot maple syrup and a side of bacon.
- Large fluffy blueberry pancakes served with hot maple syrup, bacon, and eggs.
- An apple-sausage ring for two with scrambled eggs and skillet home fries.

- English muffins soaked in a French toast egg dip grilled and covered with a buttery sauce of sliced peaches and apricot preserves and a side of ham.

The Moore Farm House Seafood Frastratta: Baby shrimp, mild horseradish Monterey jack cheese and eggs baked to a golden brown in a hand patted hash brown crust
Also served: Fresh seasonal fruit, an assortment of scones, muffins, biscuits,or sticky buns, cold cereals (upon request), fruit juice, freshly brewed coffee, or tea.
