RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Normal check-in time is 4 PM through 6 PM. Other times are available with advance notice. No check ins after 10 PM. Normal check-out is 11:00 am.
Deposits are refunded for reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to scheduled check-in. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will be charged for one night. If a massage has been scheduled and cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice, charges for the massage will also be billed.
Reservations not cancelled or cancelled after scheduled check-in will be considered "No Shows".
There is no refund for early departures or "No Shows". The full stay will be billed.
