You'll want that day to be special in so many ways. The arrangements must be just so. You have to remember the photographer, the florist, the minister, the music, the guest list. Let The Moore Farm House Bed and Breakfast assist you. If you are planning a wedding with up to 100 guests -we can help.
Our 1914 farm house has
- four guest rooms that provide gracious accommodations for eight. Each has private bath and other amenities. No need for the parents or grandparents to stay in a motel. Let them be at home at our house,
- room inside for 50 people. Small ceremonies, receptions or dinners can be held in the gracious setting of this charming old home.
- room on the grounds to host a wedding of up to 100 people under the sky or in many various tent arrangements.
We will work with you to ensure this is a day you will long remember. We also work with a caterer who can provide most anything you want and a rental company that will help you design the perfect setting for your wedding.
Basic Wedding Package - April through September $2,000
October through March $1,500
Includes:
Use of house for ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner
Capacity for:
Sit down dinner in one room – 20 (2 rooms available)
Finger food reception – 50 people
Four private bedrooms for 2 nights/each with private bath and breakfast each morning
(8 resident guests)
One public powder room in the library
The above does not include food, any rentals, set-ups or cleaning. The price is for the facilities only.

The Moore Farm House Bed and Breakfast
Wedding Contract
This contract is between Cathy and Harry Pinner of The Moore Farm House Bed and Breakfast and herein referred to as “The Wedding Party”.
The "Wedding Party" agrees to rent the Moore Farm House Bed and Breakfast for the purpose of housing guests, and use the facilities for a wedding and/or reception. Details of the arrangement follow:
- All four rooms (Alma, Celeste, Myrtle, and Vera) are available to “The Wedding Party” to be used to house a total of eight (8) Inn Guests for two nights. The nights included in the package are
- Breakfast is included in the rate for the eight (8) Inn Guests.
- The upstairs area is available only to the Inn Guests and "The Wedding Party".
- The kitchen may be used by the caterer as needed. All dishes, utensils, knives, pots and pans (etc.) must be provided by the caterer and/or "The Wedding party". No Moore Farm House Bed and Breakfast dishes or utensils (etc.) are to be used.
- The Moore Farm House Bed and Breakfast accepts no responsibility or liability for any other contracted services other than those listed in this contract. Catering, photography, rental, flowers, etc are the responsibility of "The Wedding Party".
- This wedding/reception is being booked as an indoor outdoor event and is subject to the conditions stated below.
Indoor Wedding:
- An indoor wedding and/or reception can not exceed 50 people.
- The dining room is available to "The Wedding Party" for personal use during the entire stay.
- Food may be served and consumed on the first floor, porch and outside grounds only.
- One restroom is available for non-inn guests in the Library. Non-inn guests are not permitted upstairs except for wedding preparations.
- Any additional chairs or tables needed must be rented.
- No tents or outdoor seating will be placed in the yard.
- Parking is available for a limited number of cars. Other arrangements can be made at a nominal fee.
- All none Inn Guests must be out of the house by midnight.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted except for one toast.
Outdoor Wedding:
- Outdoor weddings cannot exceed 150 people.
- All food and drink is to remain outside the house.
- The dining room is available to "The Wedding Party" for personal use.
- One restroom is available for non-inn guests in the Library. Non-inn guests are not permitted in the house except to use this restroom.
- Parking is available for a limited number of cars. Other arrangements can be made at a nominal fee.
- Any music must end by 9 PM.
- All outdoor activities must end by 10 PM.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted except for one toast.
Payment and Refund Policies
- 50% of the total bill to The Moore Farm House Bed and Breakfast is due at the time of contract signing.
- The remaining 50% and a $500 damage deposit are due 45 days before the check-in date.
- If notice of cancellation is received at least 45 days before the check-in date, a $300 cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining paid deposits will be returned.
- If notice of cancellation is received between 44-30 days before the check-in date, a $750 fee will charged and the remaining paid deposits returned.
- If notice of cancellation is received within 30 days of the check-in date, the full rental fee will be forfeited and only the damage deposit will be returned.
- The damage deposit will be mailed within three working days of the check-out date minus any damages charged.
