Corporate rates are available on Sunday through Thursday nights excluding holidays and are based on single occupancy only.

October 1 through March 31

Alma and Myrtle's rooms have the following corporate rates.  These rooms are also equiped with high speed internet access

One night stay   $90       Two or more nights   $80/night

Vera's room (no high speed internet access)

One night stay   $75       Two or more nights   $75/night

April 1 through August 31

Reservations require one night deposit in advance.

 

Cancellation policy:

Deposits are refundable if cancellation is at least 7 days before scheduled arrival.

Cancellations with less notice will be billed one night.

Reservations not cancelled or cancelled after scheduled check-in will be

           considered "No Shows".

There is no refund for early departures or "No Shows".
